STRENGTHS-BASED TEAM DEVELOPMENT

ENABLE YOUR TEAM TO THRIVE.

Strong collaboration begins with a solid foundation—and that foundation starts with the individual. At Thrive Purpose, we believe that sustainable, high-performing teamwork is only possible when people understand their own strengths and how to uniquely develop.

Two key elements are essential for effective collaboration:

  1. Awareness of one's own abilities and potential.
In more extreme cases, when people do not understand their strengths, they often end up in roles that don’t align with their natural abilities. This mismatch can lead to bottlenecks, burnout, rework, and unnecessary tension. But what is far more common and pernicious is when our perceived inability or mental barriers keep us hemmed in, limiting our potential and all the life-giving benefits that lie beyond these walls.

  2. An understanding of how to develop.
Humans have more potential than they can tap into in one lifetime. The human brain is arguably the most sophisticated piece of equipment on this planet. We need insight, training, and time to begin to tap into the depth and breadth of our abilities. There is no need to use a trial-and-error approach when the research has already proven out.

Our team training begins by building awareness of individual differences and uncovering each person's unique value. Upon this foundation, increasingly insightful, challenging, and enabling levels of development are achieved. Individuals and teams unlock new levels of capability, become more resourceful and innovative, and operate with greater resilience and agility.

- Module 1 -

WE ARE ALL WIRED DIFFERENTLY

Introduces the basics of how people are wired differently and a host of practical insights and approaches that serve as a foundation for building one's skills and more productive relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

  • Learning the basics of who we are and how we are wired starts our self-discovery and development journey. Perhaps for the first time, we gain an understanding of our needs and abilities and are able to articulate these.

  • We also gain a foundational understanding of others' abilities and needs, which helps us more accurately understand their intent, become more open to their gifts and support, and partner more effectively.
